Transfer Factor
This figure illustrates the “transfer factor” advantage of Pallet Tech Pallets. Wood pallets are not capable of absorbing shock; consequently, any shock and resulting compression that occurs during transit is absorbed by the product load. This may cause significant load settling (in this example, 1/2 inch) and product damage. In contrast, Pallet Tech Pallets are designed to absorb shock and to compress, if necessary, to prevent the transfer of the shock to the product load. By absorbing shock, Pallet Tech Pallets reduce product settling and minimize product damage.
